Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Not officially. Rockstar has not announced a PC version, and GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only. GamesBeat reported in October 2026 that a PC version is planned for early 2027, but Rockstar and Take-Two have not confirmed it.
There is no announced PC release. Every mainline Grand Theft Auto has eventually come to PC, recently well after the console launch (about seven months for GTA IV and 19 months for GTA V), and Take-Two’s CEO has said the company aims to launch on every platform with a meaningful audience “over time”, adding that PC is becoming more and more important to the company. That is a direction, not an announcement.
The latest report (unconfirmed)
On October 13, 2026, GamesBeat reported, citing four anonymous sources, that the PC version is set for the first quarter of 2027, meaning by the end of March. Rockstar and Take-Two did not comment. Treat it as a credible rumour until Rockstar says otherwise.
Can you stream it to PC?
Not at launch, according to Xbox. After a report that Xbox had exclusive streaming rights, Xbox’s Matthew Ball said GTA VI will not be streaming exclusively or to PC.
